ADDC 2027 Colloquium
Bridging the Gap: Translating Discovery into Patient Impact
The Academic Drug Discovery Consortium and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) invite you to two and a half days of practical, forward-looking science in San Francisco’s life sciences corridor.
Every session is built around one question: how can I apply this to accelerate discovery and translation in my own program? Expect panels, “how we did it” case studies, and plenty of time to connect.
Pharmacologists, medicinal chemists, drug discovery scientists, in vitro and in vivo scientists, DMPK experts, and trainees are all welcome, along with colleagues from industry, CROs, biotech, pharma, research institutes, accelerators, foundations, and government.

Sessions and meals are in the Fisher Banquet Room, 1675 Owens St, San Francisco, CA 94158, in the heart of the city’s biotech corridor.
Where to stay
- Our hotel guide lists 30 hotels by distance, with direct-transit options.
- Closest: LUMA Hotel, Hyatt Place SF/Downtown, and Hotel Via, all within a mile.
- April is busy in San Francisco, so book early.
Getting here
- Fly into SFO (about 25 minutes by rideshare) or Oakland (OAK).
- Muni T Third to UCSF/Chase Center (3rd & 16th St), about a 5-minute walk.
- On-site parking is very limited, so rideshare or transit is best.
