Pharmacologists, medicinal chemists, drug discovery scientists, in vitro/in vivo scientists, DMPK experts, trainees and scientists from industry, academia, contract research organizations, biotech, pharma, research institutes, accelerators/incubators, foundations and government with an interest in drug discovery area are all welcome to this colloquium.

The ADDC 2025 Colloquium will be held at the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC) on the Washington University of St. Louis School of Medicine campus in the Central West End area. 

Our official housing partner for the meeting is the DoubleTree by Hilton Forest Park hotel. 

REGISTRATION

Colloquium registration fees include access to all keynotes, scientific talks, and poster sessions as well as all food functions listed in the final Colloquium schedule.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy

We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the ADDC Colloquium, you may either request a refund or transfer your registration to another individual. Please see below for complete details on both options.
  • From registration date to May 31, 2025, paid delegates may cancel their registration with full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee.  All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to manager@addconsortium.org.  Cancellations are considered complete once you receive an official reply from ADDC with confirming details.  After May 31, 2025, no refunds will be given for any cancellations or no-shows.   We regret that we cannot refund any fees after the deadline, as we must submit complete commitments for our meeting vendors.
  • To transfer your registration to another individual,  email your request and include the name of the person attending in your place, their email address and cc them on your request.  Transfers are considered complete once you receive an official reply from ADDC with confirming details.
