Center/Program Highlights:

Chemical registration system

Activity & Registration - Web application within CDD Vault for chemical registration, assay data management, and SAR analysis.

Scientific visualization
Visualization - Web application within CDD Vault allowing plotting and analysis of large data sets to find interesting patterns, activity hotspots, and outliers.

Electronic lab notebook
ELN - Web application within CDD Vault that integrates a full analysis and visualization environment with chemical and biological assay data repositories.

Inventory management software
Inventory - Web application integrated within CDD Vault for tracking the supply and location of compounds and reagents.

Biological Registration (with Machine-Assisted Curation)
BioAssay Express - web-based tool for annotating bioassay protocols using semantic web terms. Curation involves a human operator, assisted by machine learning and an ergonomic UI/UX. Each assay is annotated once, after which it becomes fully machine readable: assays can be searched, sorted, clustered and analyzed without ever having to read through the original text. This approach is suitable for institutions with assay protocols stored in legacy formats, for creating new content as an electronic lab notebook, and for exploring structure-activity relationships within large volumes of public data.

Chemical Databases
- CDD Public - Free database also integrated within CDD Vault for fostering open collaboration containing over 3 million molecules accessible to everyone in the drug discovery community.

- BioAssay Express – 3500 Curated Assay from PubChem.

- COVID-19 main protease (Mpro) Active Fragments data setin CDD Vault. Here is a Video Preview and instructions on how to access it.
